Word count
Please include a word count for your paper. A typical paper for this journal should be between 6,000 and 10,000 words (maximum) in length inclusive of tables and references.

- Please use British spelling style consistently throughout your manuscript.
- Please use single quotation marks, except where ‘a quotation is “within” a quotation’. Please note that long quotations (over 40 words) should be indented without quotation marks
